Dr. Kylie Key

Engineering Research Psychologist, Civil Aerospace Medical Institute

Dr. Kylie Key is an Engineering Research Psychologist for the Flight Deck Human Factors Research Laboratory at the FAA’s Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI). Her research focuses on reducing human error in aviation maintenance operations, with an emphasis on safety culture, risk-based decision making, and safety management systems. She received her PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2019.
